Cancellation Policy
 
 

Independent Sales Representative may choose to stop trading with NovaTech, Ltd at any time and request cancellation of their account by emailing support@novatechfx.io or via the Message Center located in the backoffice.

Cancellation Request within 7 to 14 days

Cancellations made within 14 calendar days of registration will receive a full refund, minus any trading or affiliate bonuses earned.

Refunds require 7 to 14 business days to process and will be returned in the same method in which the funds were paid. Values may fluctuate based on market value at the time payment is released.

Cancellation Request within 15 to 90 days

Cancellations made between 15 to 90 days of registration require a withdrawal request be made from the trading balances. Users may request a partial or full refund of their balances. The refund will include the current trading balance minus a 20% processing fee.

Independent Sales Representative is entitled to all previously earned trading and affiliate bonuses, unless otherwise indicated, and may withdraw those balances if still in their e-wallet at the time of the cancellation request. NovaTech, Ltd. reserves the right to review all balances for approval.

Cancellations made after days of registration require a withdrawal request be made from the trading balances. Users may request a partial or full refund of their balances. The refund will include the current trading balance.

Independent Sales Representative is entitled to all previously earned trading and affiliate bonuses, unless otherwise indicated, and may withdraw those balances if still in their e-wallet at the time of the cancellation request. NovaTech, Ltd. reserves the right to review all balances for approval.

Independent Sales Representative acknowledges and agrees that all information concerning NovaTech, LTD Independent Sales Representative(s) (hereinafter known as “Confidential Information”) is of great value to NovaTech, LTD .

Independent Sales Representative agrees not to disclose any Confidential Information to any person except as expressly authorized by NovaTech, LTD in writing and shall not use Confidential Information for any purpose other than the performance of Independent Sales Representative’s functions and duties as a NovaTech, LTD Independent Sales Representative.

Independent Sales Representative further agrees that, during the life of this Agreement and for a period of 12 months from and after cancellation or termination hereof, he or she shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit, recommend, suggest or induce any NovaTech, LTD Customer or Independent Sales Representative to become a Customer of or representative for any person or entity other than NovaTech, LTD engaged in the business of marketing or selling product(s) or service(s) by means of any direct sales or network marketing.

Request to reopen a previously cancelled account

Independent Sales Representative may apply for re-application within 30 days, at which time the previously closed account will be evaluated for reopening. After 120 calendar days, the previously closed account will no longer qualify for reopening and the Independent Sales Representative will require to submit a new application.

Independent Sales Representative further acknowledges that their account requires a trading balance of $99 AND be up to date on the monthly service fee - OR - have paid the $49.95 Marketing License AND be up to date on the monthly subscription fee for a period not to exceed 30 days in order to remain active.

Accounts that are inactive due to non-payment for a period exceeding 30 days will be closed and require approval for reopening. After 120 calendar days, the previously closed account will no longer qualify for reopening and the Independent Sales Representative will require to submit a new application.
